ANTaR’s Rights Stuff merchandise program works to generate economic, cultural and social benefit for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by offering a range of vibrant and thoughtful products to Australia and the world.
In doing so, ANTaR actively promotes a more just and equitable Australia. The sale of selected ANTaR products cross-subsidises community enterprises and fledgling Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses.
Any profit generated through ANTaR’s Rights Stuff merchandise program is reinvested to advance our mission to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

How to order
On-line - it's simple!
The easiest and quickest way to place your order is to use our on-line store. Simply browse through our catalogue and select your required items and options. When you're ready, select the 'Checkout' option in your shopping cart (displayed on the top right hand side of your browser window).
When checking out, you will be asked for your billing, delivery and email addresses, and your credit card details. Once validated, you will have the opportunity to review the details of your order (including delivery charges based on your delivery address) before submitting your payment. We will securely process your credit card and email you an order confirmation and tax invoice - simple!
By mail or phone
If you prefer to place your order manually, please download and complete an order form and mail it to ANTaR Merchandise, PO Box 568, Dulwich Hill NSW 2203, or fax it to (02) 9564 0195.
Alternatively, you can telephone us on (02) 9564 0594 and we will take your order in person. Our office hours are 9 AM - 5 PM Monday to Friday.

Products and Prices
Prices and availability of products in our on-line store are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale or decline an order at our discretion.
While we endeavour to accurately represent all products in the on-line store, we cannot guarantee that products shipped will exactly match their photographic representation or description.
Please note that all prices and delivery charges are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise indicated.
Delivery and Postage
Your order will usually be delivered by Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address, but most items will be delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch from ANTaR's offices in Sydney. ANTaR endeavours to dispatch orders, in the order in which they are received, within 2-3 days of receiving them.
Delivery charges are structured to cover the costs of processing, packaging and shipping your order. ANTaR charges a flat delivery fee of 15% of your order to a maximum of $20.00. The minimum delivery charge (within Australia) is $5.00. Delivery charges for overseas orders vary according to the delivery destination, and will be calculated when you place your order.
If you have special delivery requirements, please indicate these when placing your order, or contact us directly to ensure we can meet your request. Special deliveries (such as overnight express shipping or bulk orders) may incur additional charges and we will advise you of these prior to dispatch if necessary.
Returns and Refunds
ANTaR will happily credit or exchange any goods within 14 days, provided we receive the goods in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the goods are damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
Please contact us with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately with your specific problem and we will respond as soon as possible.
Security
ANTaR's on-line store uses industry-standard technology and procedures to secure every transaction.
Encryption
Whenever you provide sensitive personal details or credit card information in the on-line store, you can verify you are connected securely to ANTaR's server by looking for your browser's security indicator. Depending on your browser, this will often be a padlock in the status bar or address bar, or site identity button to the left of the web address in the address bar. You can view details of ANTaR's security certificate and the level of encryption by clicking on this indicator.
ANTaR uses up to 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data between your browser and our servers.
Credit card payments

ANTaR uses eWay, one of Australia's most awarded and respected on-line payment services, to process your credit card payment.
eWay uses 256-bit encryption to communicate securely with ANTaR's servers and processes payments in real time through secure off-line links with all major Australian banks and credit card providers.
Privacy
ANTaR is serious about protecting your privacy on-line.
Personal information collected by ANTaR when processing your merchandise order includes but may not be limited to:
