ANTaR values all its staff and volunteers. We have a small but talented team of experienced staff and volunteers who are dedicated to the advancement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander rights in Australia.

Jacqueline Phillips - National Director
Jacqueline has been the National Director of ANTaR since April 2010. Prior to this she was employed as a Policy Officer at the Australian Council of Social Service (ACOSS), working on social security, housing and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' policy issues. Jacqueline has a degrees in Arts and Law from the University of Sydney and a Masters in Law from McGill
University, Canada, which focused on Native Title Law. She is also a graduate of Social Leadership Australia, completing the Sydney Leadership program in 2011.
Lesley Pepper - Merchandise Coordinator
Lesley manages ANTaR's annual 'The Rights Stuff' catalogue, released in October each year. ANTaR's 'The Rights Stuff' merchandise catalogue is Australia's only NGO-produced catalogue dedicated to promoting and supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait enterprise.

Adrian Rigg - Donor Support Officer
Adrian maintains the ANTaR database and administers appeal donations, as well as regular monthly donations. He also manages ANTaR's appeal mailings. Adrian has worked in donor support and database maintenance at Cancer Council NSW, National Trust NSW, and Shelter UK, and on communication and publications at the Australasian Society for HIV Medicine (ASHM) and the National Childcare Accreditation Council.
Robyne Stacey - Bookkeeper
Robyne handles all ANTaR accounts, finances and budgeting.
