ANTaR values all its staff and volunteers. We have a small but talented team of experienced staff and volunteers who are dedicated to the advancement of Indigenous rights in Australia.

Gary Highland - National Director

Gary Highland has been the National Director of ANTaR since early 2006. Gary has extensive experience in the fields of Indigenous affairs, politics and media.

Originally from Townsville, North Queensland, Gary has been a Federal Government Ministerial Adviser, held senior management roles at Australia Post and Amnesty International Australia and run his own consultancy business. Gary has also taught and researched history and politics at James Cook University, publishing in the area of Aborigines, Europeans and the criminal law. Gary has worked extensively with the Metropolitan Aboriginal Land Council and a range of other Aboriginal community controlled organizations in Redfern.

Gary is ANTaR's principal media spokesperson.

Natalia Vukolova - Development Manager

Natalia manages ANTaR's organisational development and fundraising and also coordinates some of the national campaigns.

Priscilla Brice-Weller - Online Campaigns Manager

Priscilla coordinates ANTaR's online activities with a focus on online engagement.

She also maintains the Close The Gap website on behalf of the campaign coalition.

Kerry Harriman - Volunteer, Office and Publications Coordinator

Kerry coordinates ANTaR's volunteer program, and our Sea Change magazine.

Lesley Pepper - Merchandise Coordinator

Lesley coordinates ANTaR's annual Rights Stuff catalogue.

Robyne Stacey - Finance Coordinator

Robyn handles all ANTaR accounts and finances.

Stephen Garrett - Financial Systems Consultant

Stephen coordinates ANTaR's systems and processes.

Kathleen Gilbert - Donations and Database Coordinator

Kathleen maintains ANTaR's database and helps with fundraising appeals.
